AGB

All offers and agreements are based on the following conditions. These shall be deemed accepted by placing the order (verbally or in writing). Deviating conditions of the client, which are not expressly recognized in writing, are non-binding, even if they have not been expressly contradicted.

Offer and invoice

The offers do not include travel expenses, material costs and external services. These will be charged additionally according to expenditure. As a rule, the offer remains valid for 30 days. Offers that are not accepted within one month of delivery are not binding. Additional, non-quoted work, changes, additions, etc. will be charged separately to the customer according to time and effort. This will be communicated to the customer in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days after receipt.

Third party services

My products are manufactured and delivered by Redbubble. If a product is delivered defective, Redbubble takes the responsibility and liability. All complaints should be submitted directly to Redbubble.

Image right

The customer does not receive the exclusive right to the ordered, self-drawn picture. The image may be resold and used by Lia-Opsaal. If it is desired otherwise, this must be contractually agreed in advance.
A picture may be used by the customer for the agreed purpose, otherwise it must be contractually agreed.

Disclaimer PRINT

If errors are contained in the material supplied by the customer or are caused by unclear information, these shall be borne by the customer.
The review of proofs, proofs, etc. by the customer releases me from any responsibility towards errors not objected to. In the case of verbal or written release "good to print" by the customer, any errors in the printed matter are at his expense. The services rendered and works delivered by me are to be checked by the customer immediately upon receipt. Any notifications of defects must be made immediately. If this is not done within five working days of delivery, the work in question shall be deemed to have been correctly performed and approved.

Final provision

These GTC are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Olten.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the contract shall nevertheless remain in force. The validity of all other provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid provision.
